Jason Pang is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Pang’s practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in government investigations and criminal prosecutions, internal investigations, and the prosecution and defense of civil antitrust litigation. His experience includes trial and appellate work, motion practice and discovery. His active pro bono practice includes representing clients with low-income housing issues and in immigration-related criminal matters. Mr. Pang currently serves on the board of directors of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, a nonprofit organization providing free and low-cost legal services to people with HIV/AIDS in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Pang served as a law clerk to the Honorable William Alsup of the US District Court for the Northern District of California and externed at the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles.

Mr. Pang received his JD from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as a comments editor for the UCLA Law Review and a research assistant to the Dean of the UCLA School of Law. During law school, he briefed and argued an appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also competed in several moot court competitions, winning the 8th Annual Williams Institute Moot Court Competition.
